租房流程
1、网络找有房屋出租(To lease, To let)的广告
2、打电话给租屋中介(leasing agent)或是房东(landlord, landlady)确定
房源。
3、切入正题，"Do you have any apartments for rent right now?" 、"Do you have any apartment available right now?" (你们现在有没有公寓要出租啊?)或是"Do you still have a vacancy?"(还有空的公寓吗?)。
4、如果对方的确有公寓要出租，就可以接着问对方，"What kind of apartment do you have?" (你们的公寓什么样啊?)。
5、如果很不巧的房子刚刚才租出去(lend out)，你可以换别家试试，
或者再确认一下，"When would you say that there would be an apartment available again?" (那你觉得什么时候才会有房子空出来呢?)。
如果想摸清楚房子的基本情况：
1、How many square meters is that studio?(那间套房有多少平方英尺?)
2、How big is that apartment?" (这间公寓有多大?)
3、Is there a view from there? 或"Does it have a view?"(那儿视野好吗?)
4、"Does the apartment get much natural light?" 或是"Does the room receive much sunlight?" (房子采光好不好?)
5、Is it furnished? (有配家具吗?)
6、"How much is the rent?" 或是"How much is it per month?" (每个月多少钱啊?)
7、What's the rent on that? How much is the deposit?(租金是多少?押金又是多少?)。
8、"Are utilities included?" (有包含水电吗?)或是"What utilities am I responsible for?" (我要负担什么样的公共设施?)
9、"I also need cable, what number do you think I should call?"(我还需要有线电视，你想我该打电话找谁?)
